How is Gorgias AI Agent price calculated?
The Gorgias AI Agent is part of the Gorgias Automate plan. Pricing is based on the number of automated tickets resolved by AI without human intervention.
To estimate your cost, you need to consider both:

How is PerfectBot price calculated?
PerfectBot usage is measured in Conversations. After your 30-day free trial, you select one of the plans based on the number conversations. A billable conversation is one where PerfectBot sends at least one reply. If a ticket doesn’t get a reply, it’s not counted.
To estimate your PerfectBot cost, count all handled chat and email conversations – resolution rate doesn’t impact billing.
While PerfectBot’s conversation count is very similar to Gorgias’ ticket count, there may be slight differences (less than 5%) in how they’re counted in Gorgias and PerfectBot statistics.
