Questions about shippo-support-ticket
What does the shippo-support-ticket skill do?
Generate a complete, auto-classified, ready-to-paste Shippo support ticket for a single shipment or label. Use when a support agent or customer needs to escalate a shipping issue (lost/delayed package, unused-label refund, billing/rate adjustment, address exception, customs hold, carrier-account, or tracking-webhook problem). Given a tracking number + carrier, a transaction (label) ID, or a shipment ID, it classifies the issue, runs the right read-only Shippo MCP lookups, computes the triage timeline, and emits both a copy-paste support message and a routing-tagged JSON block so the ticket lands in the right pipeline first time.
How do I install shippo-support-ticket?
In a terminal: npx skills add goshippo/ai --skill shippo-support-ticket. The skills CLI asks which agents to install it for. In Claude.ai you can upload the skill folder as a ZIP under Settings → Skills.
Which agents can use shippo-support-ticket?
Skills use the open SKILL.md format, which Claude Code, Claude.ai, the Claude API, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and other agents support.
Is shippo-support-ticket safe to use?
Our automatic check found no risky patterns (piped shell scripts, hidden characters, secret access, prompt overrides). It is not a full audit – read the SKILL.md and any scripts before installing.
